Hello, I am John James, and I am the author of UNNATURAL SELECTION, a crime thriller set in an unnamed city in New York State.  I starting writing when I was in my teens but I concentrated mainly on poetry.  I actually wrote Unnatural Selection many years ago, but I was young and naive and it wasn't very good.  However, interesting enough, the basic premise of the story has changed very little; Thomas Rainbow started off as John Moran, but his partner, Michael Chomsky, was always named that, and the beginning has always been the same.  The story itself has never changed, but the way it is told has changed greatly.  I enjoyed writing it back then and rewriting it now.  The second Thomas Rainbow novel is due at the end of 2013, with the third installment in 2014 aswell as a novel about an assassin called The Rose, both of which are in the process of being researched.
